Breast cancer is definitely something we’ve all heard of and most of us know at least two or three breast cancer survivors. I personally know more than 10 breast cancer survivors.

Take care of your entire body.
Don’t put off getting yearly mammograms – Speak with your primary care physician and get the referral you need to schedule your mammogram.
Did you know, some mammograms can be scheduled without a referral or physician’s order. Contact the facility and your health provider.
If you don’t have health insurance, contact your local health department or visit a mobile health unit.
Both women and men can develop breast cancer.
