It is recommended that we schedule a dental cleaning every 6 months (twice a year).
I just got my teeth cleaned on Thursday, December 4, 2025, and my dental appointments are scheduled twice a year in June and December.
I am also stressing the importance of continuing your daily oral care at home which includes brushing your teeth and flossing daily. Also learn the correct way to floss your teeth.
Did you know? Seeing a dental hygienist and dentist every 6 months can help prevent cavities and gum disease.
Make an appointment this month. Contact a local dentist, mobile dental clinic or dental school in your area. By the way, getting your teeth cleaned at a dental school can be cheaper than going to a private dental office.
