September is Prostate Cancer Awareness Month: Men learn about prostate cancer plus know your PSA level

This month encouraging all men to:

Schedule your annual physical exam
Learn about Prostate Cancer and the importance of early detection
Know your PSA level
Learn your family medical history regarding Prostate Cancer
Learn the importance of exercise and healthy eating

We were saddened to learn last year, that former President Joe Biden was diagnosed with an aggressive form of prostate cancer.

Men know your PSA level

The prostate-specific antigen (PSA) test is a blood test used primarily to screen for prostate cancer.

Early detection is important! Cancers found early are usually localized and easier to manage.
