Walking is a great way to burn calories.
Enjoy walking outdoors or indoors on a treadmill.

I encourage individuals to walk, dance, bike ride etc. to burn calories.
Some of my family members and friends also enjoy tennis, golf, pickleball and Pilates.

I believe exercise and healthy eating are important! Remember to get a physical exam and/or check with your doctor before starting a new exercise regimen.
