I still enjoy dancing!
Growing up I took dance lessons: ballet, tap and jazz. Tap dance was definitely my favorite!
I still enjoy dancing.

Dancing is a great way to burn calories. I encourage individuals to walk, dance, bike ride etc. to burn calories.
Some of my family members and friends also enjoy tennis, golf, pickleball and Pilates.
Exercise is Important! Remember to get a physical exam and/or check with your doctor before starting a new exercise regimen.
I believe exercise and healthy eating are important!
So I plan to continue eating healthy as a flexitarian (semi-vegetarian) while exercising 3-5 times a week.
