I don’t know about you, but sometimes I prefer drinking my fruits and veggies instead of eating them.
Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy eating green leafy vegetables daily. I am a flexitarian which means I am a semi-vegetarian.
Some people tell me they can’t drink spinach and kale, but I tell them try it and I bet you’ll like it!

I enjoy drinking my low-calorie homemade green drinks and fruit smoothies. To make my low-calorie green drinks, I add fresh bananas and spinach plus frozen mangoes and pineapples. Next, I add water and press the button on my blender and within 1-2 minutes I have a delicious Spinach-Banana-Pineapple-Mango Drink! By the way, I do not add ice if I add frozen fruit.
When I don’t feel like making a green drink or smoothie at home, I will purchase one from a restaurant, market or smoothie shop. Believe me, I’m very particular where I go because some restaurants and smoothie shops add too many calories, sweeteners, water and ice.
