LivinHealthyNow shares the Effectiveness of End-of-Life Planning.

Having a will is so important! I feel it is one of the most important documents you will complete and sign.
I also believe ‘you‘ should select and state who you want to oversee your estate and inherit your house, vehicles, etc.
A Power of Attorney (POA) lets you choose someone to make decisions for you. Select someone you trust as your medical POA and financial POA. This person will become your agent. Also select an executor.
Contact an estate planning attorney plus an experienced financial advisor. Learn about preparing your Will & Trust. Also learn how to avoid probate.
Don’t wait, call this week and begin your End-of-Life Planning.

Estate and Financial Planning
I have attended several workshops the past four years on End-of-Life Planning. On August 26, 2021, I attended a webinar on estate planning. A financial advisor from Edelman Financial Engines stated, “it is important to create a will for your house.” He also stated, “an estate plan is separate from a financial plan.”
By the way some financial advisors will recommend a great attorney. This is how we met our experienced attorney.
