Confidence
Have you ever watched a squirrel jump freely from tree to tree without any hesitation or fear? Well, that is the kind of confidence Christians should exhibit when it comes to God. A squirrel never jumps thinking it will not reach the nearby tree; instead, it jumps with confidence knowing it will land safely and continue its journey.
Confidence is the feeling of being certain that something will happen or that something is true. It means having trust and faith in the outcome. Trust God! As a Christian, we must trust God knowing He is in control of our lives at all times and will never let us fall. We, should never question God’s direction or decisions for our lives; but instead go wherever He leads us without any hesitation or fear.
Like the squirrel jumping from tree to tree, journey through life with confidence knowing God will make the right decisions for you. God knows exactly where He wants you to go every step of the way.
Though he may stumble, he will not fall, for the Lord upholds him with his hand. Psalms 37:24 NIV
Prayer:
Dear Lord, I thank you for giving me the confidence to face life’s journey and challenges. I know You are the head of my life and will not let me fall. Wherever You lead me, I will go. I trust you Lord with all my heart and soul. Amen.
