LivinHealthyNow traveled to Accra, Ghana from July 7 – July 17, 2025.

The majority of the time in Ghana, we stayed in Accra, the capital city.

Upon arriving at the Kotoka International Airport in Accra, Ghana we were greeted by a Ghanaian live band and dancers.

We enjoyed our daily itinerary which included sightseeing, touring museums, hiking in a rainforest, walking on the beach plus more. We also traveled on our charted bus to Elmina and Cape Coast, Ghana plus James Town a vibrant neighborhood as well as nearby villages.

My husband and I enjoyed traveling to Accra, Ghana with our church travel group. There were 39 people in our fun adventurous group.

Kakum National Park in Cape Coast, Ghana. We enjoyed hiking along the trail and using our walking sticks. We did a lot of walking while visiting Ghana.
