Homemade Fruit Smoothie: My low-calorie Pineapple-Banana-Mango-Ginger smoothie is delicious

I don’t know about you, but sometimes I prefer drinking my fruits instead of eating them.

I enjoy making homemade low-calorie fruit smoothies in my blender and let me tell you my Pineapple-Banana-Mango-Ginger smoothie is delicious!

Fresh fruit smoothies are the best, but I have no problem using frozen fruit. I always keep frozen bags of strawberries, pineapples and mango chunks in my freezer.

I need the following ingredients to make my delicious homemade P-B-M-G smoothie: Pineapple-Banana-Mango-Ginger (P-B-M-G) and water. By the way, I do not add ice if I add frozen fruit. At times, I will also add 1/4 cup of fresh squeezed orange juice, but I do not add sweeteners or sugar to this smoothie.

When I don’t feel like making a smoothie at home, I will purchase one from a restaurant, market or smoothie shop. Believe me I’m very particular where I go because some restaurants and smoothie shops add too many calories, sweeteners, water and ice.

You can also make homemade smoothies at home. Find low-calorie fruit smoothie recipes online.
