I enjoy dancing!
Growing up I took dance lessons: ballet, tap and jazz. Tap dance was definitely my favorite!
Today, I still enjoy dancing.

Dancing is a great way to burn calories. I encourage individuals to walk, dance, bike ride etc. to burn calories.
Also remember to get a physical exam and/or check with your doctor before starting a new exercise regimen.
This year I plan to continue eating healthy as a flexitarian (semi-vegetarian) while exercising regularly.
