June is Men’s Health Month, so I’m encouraging all men to improve their physical and mental health.
Today I’m congratulating my cousin Craig Tucker as he celebrates 16 years clean.
According to Craig, “Today is a special day, I’d like to thank God, the Recovery Process of NA, family and friends for all your help, love and support. Today I’m celebrating 16 years Clean.”
We must remember I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength – Philippians 4:13
Craig also exercises and encourages others, especially men to work out. On March 2, 2021 Craig stated on his Facebook Live video, “I work out for one reason ‘one reason only’ so I can live a long life. Health is number 1, so I make sure I do something everyday.”
