I don’t know about you, but Heart Disease runs in my family.

So changing my lifestyle and becoming a flexitarian (semi-vegetarian) was a decision I made years ago to improve my overall health.

I’m happy I made this decision. I also believe exercise is very important.

  • Get your cholesterol checked, and know your cholesterol levels
  • Learn the benefits of exercise and healthy eating
