Since June is Men’s Health Month.
This month LivinHealthyNow will encourage men to:
- Get their blood pressure checked
- Learn about hypertension and stroke prevention
- Learn about healthy eating
- Improve their physical health and mental health
- Exercise regularly
I’m encouraging all men this month to improve your physical health by scheduling an annual physical exam with your doctor or local health department.
Remember it’s best to know what is going on with your body, so you can make lifestyle changes and/or receive medication that can improve your overall health.
If you have any questions regarding visiting the doctor’s office during this time – contact your doctor’s office to discuss your concerns. Also read the CDC COVID-19 guidelines and recommendations.
