The Christmas Holiday can be a sad time of year for some people.
- Forget about the stigma
- Seek help – Don’t wait another day, contact a doctor or mental health professional.
I can honestly say, I’m trying to get into the Christmas spirit this year but it’s tough! My father passed away five months ago and there’s a huge void in our family. My father loved Christmas!!!
We also loss other family members and friends this year. I’m grieving while trying to make new holiday memories.
Have a Merry Christmas and remember “Jesus is the Reason for the Season” Luke 2:11, NIV: “Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord.”
*If you are feeling sad, lonely and/or overwhelmed this holiday don’t hesitate, talk to a doctor or mental health professional.
