I am a flexitarian who consumes meat 25-50% of the time. My Meatless Days are usually Meatless Monday, Without Meat Wednesday and Meat-free Friday. Becoming a flexitarian has improved my overall health.

I also avoid eating shellfish because unfortunately I developed a shellfish allergy 13 years ago. So I am currently Livin’ healthy with a Food Allergy
