Without Meat Wednesday: Today I prepared a homemade stir-fried vegetable rice bowl

My Meatless Days are usually Meatless Monday, Without Meat Wednesday and Meat Free Friday.

On Wednesday, which I consider ‘Without Meat Wednesday’ I prepared a homemade stir-fried vegetable rice bowl in the wok. Basmati Rice with fresh mushrooms, carrots, spinach, seasonings, spices, low-sodium soy sauce and Extra Virgin Olive Oil. I eat both brown and white rice.
