Saturday, I walked 1.5 miles outdoors. During this pandemic, my goal is to walk outdoors three days a week.
I am writing to encourage you to continue exercising indoors or outdoors during this pandemic.
I believe daily exercise is very important especially during this pandemic. So continue exercising (indoors or outdoors) and improve your overall health. It is a fact, people who exercise daily tend to be healthier than people who live a sedentary lifestyle.
On social media people are posting funny pictures of individuals overeating during this pandemic. So if you are overeating and not exercising, please start exercising during this pandemic. If you were not exercising prior to the pandemic, consult with a doctor before starting a new exercise regimen.
Since my state stay-at-home order indicates people may engage in outdoor activities (walking, walking your dog, hiking, running, cycling, plus more), I am in compliance by walking outdoors! Also review your state or city stay-at-home orders before exercising outdoors.
