Most people including myself consume oatmeal because it’s a 100% whole grain oat that can help lower cholesterol. It also provides a great source of fiber. Becoming a semi-vegetarian (flexitarian) has improved my overall health.

Oatmeal is considered a heart healthy food that can help lower cholesterol. This month learn the health benefits of eating oatmeal.
